2023: Are you your regular ‘goal setting’ self or have you changed?
As for me, I have had to change. First time in years I don’t have a goal or a 365-day task list. In fact, I spent the 1st day of 2023 sleeping in the whole day. No, my NYE hangover did not have any part in it. In fact, it did not even exist. But here’s the thing: I have not given up on 2023 and have already begun thinking about 2024. I did this instead: Read the blog till the end to find out.

Who would start making a long list of goals a month before NYE,
So you can get yourself ready for a month for crushing your goals in New Year?
I used to be the same until last year…
And now I’m realizing how depressingly normal it is!
Just a few days before December even begins- The media starts blaring about how we can make the next year better.
It’s not exactly the worst thing to say to someone. But is it the best thing to discard December from your calendar?
Over the years, we have trained ourselves to treat December as a Bootcamp of January…
So we can “BE READY” for the next year.
People think hard, take hundreds of self-notes, and study “systems” to implement those thoughts and notes into their lives…So, they can become habits.
Most people work hard to “GET OUT OF COMFORT ZONE” and “BECOME A BETTER SELF”
